THE BIRDIE SPRITZ
INGREDIENTS
—50ml Birdie Kümmel
—75ml Prosecco
—Topped up with premium grapefruit soda
—Slice of fresh grapefruit
—Sprig of rosemary
METHOD
Pour the ingredients over ice, add the garnish and stir.
THE BIRDIE GIMLET
INGREDIENTS
—45ml Gin
—20ml Birdie Kümmel
—10ml Lime juice
—10ml Sugar syrup
—Lime twist
METHOD
Shake all ingredients with plenty of ice. Double strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a lime twist.etails here
THE FLORADORA
INGREDIENTS
—60ml Birdie Kümmel
—20ml Lime juice
—20ml Creme de mure
—Ginger beer top
—Blackberry and lime wedge
METHODS
Prechill a collins glass and fill with ice. Shake the first three ingredients. Double strain over ice and top with ginger beer. Garnish with blackberry and lime wedge.
AMOXICLINE
INGREDIENTS
—40ml Blended scotch
—20ml Birdie Kümmel
—20ml Lemon juice
—10ml Ginger syrup
—10ml Honey syrup
—Candied ginger on cocktail stick
METHOD
Add all ingredients to a shaker and shake with lots of ice. Double strain into a rocks glass filled with ice. Garnish with candied ginger on a cocktail stick.
THE KUMMEL CLUB
INGREDIENTS
—4 Raspberries
—50ml Birdie Kümmel
—25ml Lemon juice
—10ml Simple syrup
—1 Egg white
—Raspberry to garnish
METHOD
Muddle raspberries in the bottom of a shaker. Add all ingredients and dry shake. Add a good amount of ice and shake again. Double strain into your glass. Garnish with a raspberry floating in the centre.
BASIL KUMMEL SMASH
INGREDIENTS
—Small bunch of basil
—60ml Birdie Kümmel
—25ml Lemon juice
—10ml Sugar syrup
—Basil leaf to garnish
METHODS
Add 3 sprigs of basil to a shaker and muddle. Add ice and all other ingredients, shake hard. Double strain into a rocks glass filled with ice. Garnish with a basil leaf.
