Birdie Spirits Limited ("Birdie", "we", "us", "our") operates this website. We are a company registered in England and Wales.

2. Age Verification and Alcohol Sales

2.1 It is illegal to sell alcohol to anyone under the age of 18. By placing an order on this website you confirm that you are aged 18 or over.

2.2 We operate a Challenge 25 policy. Our delivery partners may request valid photographic proof of age (passport, driving licence or PASS accredited ID) from any person who appears to be under 25 years of age at the point of delivery.

2.3 If the recipient cannot provide satisfactory proof of age, or if the delivery driver reasonably believes the recipient is under 18, delivery will be refused and the order returned. In such circumstances a refund will be issued minus any delivery costs incurred.

2.4 We reserve the right to cancel any order where we have reasonable grounds to believe it has been placed by or for someone under the age of 18.

2.5 By placing an order you also confirm that the intended recipient is aged 18 or over.

3. Orders and Payment

3.1 All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

3.2 Prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout.

3.3 Payment must be made in full at the time of placing your order. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout.

3.4 Once your order is confirmed you will receive an email confirmation. This does not constitute acceptance of your order. Acceptance occurs when your order is dispatched.

4. Delivery

4.1 We deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only. We do not currently deliver to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man or BFPO addresses.

4.2 Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and we cannot guarantee delivery within a specific timeframe.

4.3 All alcohol orders require a signature on delivery and cannot be left unattended or with a neighbour without prior arrangement.

4.4 Delivery will not be made to anyone who appears to be intoxicated at the time of delivery.

4.5 Risk in the products passes to you on delivery.

5. Responsible Drinking

We are committed to the responsible sale and consumption of alcohol. We encourage all customers to drink responsibly.

Birdie Kümmel is produced using caraway seeds. It may not be suitable for individuals with allergies or sensitivities to caraway or related plants. Please check the product label carefully before consumption. If you have any concerns please contact us before purchasing.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Birdie Spirits Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or products.

8.2 Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
