Our Commitment

We want you to be completely happy with your Birdie Kümmel order. If something is not right please get in touch and we will do our best to put it right.

Your Statutory Rights

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it and return it for a full refund, provided the conditions below are met.

Conditions for Returns

We can accept a return if:

  • The bottle is unopened and in its original condition and packaging
  • You contact us within 14 days of receiving your order
  • The product is returned to us within 14 days of notifying us of your intention to return

We cannot accept a return if:

  • The bottle has been opened or partially consumed
  • The product has been damaged after delivery due to mishandling
  • The 14 day return window has passed

Damaged or Faulty Products

If your order arrives damaged or if the product is faulty please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@birdiespirits.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the damage or fault
  • Clear photographs showing the damage

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you including any return postage.

Wrong Item Received

If you receive an incorrect item please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange for the correct item to be sent and the incorrect item collected at our cost.

How to Return

Step 1: Email hello@birdiespirits.com with your order number and reason for return.

Step 2: We will confirm your return and provide a return address.

Step 3: Pack the item securely in its original packaging where possible. You are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

Step 4: We recommend using a tracked delivery service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return we will process your refund within 5 to 10 working days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Opened or partially consumed bottles
  • Products purchased as part of a promotional bundle where the promotional item has been used or opened
  • Gift sets where any component has been opened or used
