Returns & Refund Policy

At Birdie Spirits, we take great pride in the quality of our products. Please read our returns policy carefully before placing your order.

Non-Returnable Items Due to the nature of alcoholic beverages, we are unable to accept returns on opened bottles or products that have left our possession in perfect condition. This is in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which exempt perishable and alcoholic goods from the standard right to cancel. We do not accept change-of-mind returns.

Damaged or Faulty Goods If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 days of receipt at hello@birdiespirits.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photographs of the damage

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. Return postage for faulty, damaged, or incorrect items will be covered by Birdie Spirits.

Incorrect Orders If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days and we will resolve this promptly at our expense, including any return postage costs.

Refund Process Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
