Birdie Kümmel was founded with one simple intention: to bring Kümmel back as the drink of golf.

Kümmel has a long and storied history on the golf course, but somewhere along the way it got left behind. We're here to change that. Our mission is to bring Kümmel into the 21st century, reimagining its image without losing the tradition.

We're not industry insiders or drinks executives. We're three average golfers who love the game, love a drink, and love everything that happens in the clubhouse after the round. That passion is what Birdie was built on.

The project began in 2024 and after months of development, Birdie Kümmel officially launched in the summer of 2025. To bring our vision to life, we partnered with Edwards Distillers, crafting a Kümmel that is proudly British and built to the highest standard.

Golf has always been as much about the people as the sport itself. Birdie Kümmel is for the birdies worth celebrating, the bogeys worth forgetting, and every round in between.
